4-7-13.1. Full-time equivalent appropriations separated in financial plan.The financial plan adopted by the Legislature as prescribed in §4-7-13 shall separate the appropriations for full-time equivalent positions as defined in subdivision 2-14-2(12). Source: SL 1977, ch 40, §2.
