40-15A-8. Facilities provided by dealer--Unloading and inspection of livestock.Each livestock dealer shall provide facilities where all stocker and feeder livestock purchased or consignments of such dealer shall be unloaded and inspected by a licensed, accredited veterinarian, within forty-eight hours after arrival, before being sold or moved.
