40-31-7. Employment and compensation of other personnel.The Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall have the power and duty to employ for the American Dairy Association and discharge at its pleasure such attorneys, advertising counsel, clerks, and employees as it deems necessary and to prescribe their duties and fix their compensation.
