40-32-9. Suspension of license for failure to comply with law.The secretary of agriculture and natural resources or his duly authorized representative may suspend a dairy products license for failure to comply with any existing dairy statutes or regulations for such time as may be necessary for the owner or operator to make the necessary corrections to comply with the dairy statutes and regulations.
