40-36-3. Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources cooperative agreements for control of injurious wild animals.The Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources may enter into cooperative agreements with other governmental agencies, counties, associations, corporations, or individuals if such cooperation is necessary to promote the control and disposition of animals pursuant to §40-36-1.
