Disposition of carcasses of rodents and reptiles taken--Use of proceeds of sale.All furs, skins, or other parts of the carcasses of such rodents and such reptiles taken by employees in accordance with the provisions of §§40-36-38 and 40-36-39 shall be the property of the State of South Dakota and those having a commercial value shall be sold by the secretary of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, and all funds derived from such sales shall be placed in the rodent control fund and be available for use in carrying out the provisions of §§40-36-38 and 40-36-39.
