Selection of district officers--Called meetings of directors--Quorum--No compensation.Directors of predatory animal districts, elected at meetings called and held as provided in §40-37-5, shall immediately after the adjournment of said meeting organize by choosing from their number a president, vice-president, and secretary-treasurer. Subsequent meetings of said board shall be called by the president upon reasonable notice. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any board meeting.
