41-2-11. Employment of conservation officers--Qualifications--Career service.The Department of Game, Fish and Parks may employ an adequate force of conservation officers to enforce the provisions of this title. Each conservation officer shall meet requirements as to education and training of law enforcement officers provided pursuant to chapter 23-3. The provisions of chapter 3-6D apply to each conservation officer.
