Cooperation with federal agencies in propagation, preservation and protection of game and fish--Expenditure of funds.The State of South Dakota having assented to the provisions of the act or acts of Congress authorizing federal participation with the various states in projects for the propagation, preservation, and protection of game and fish which assent is hereby continued, the Department of Game, Fish and Parks is expressly authorized and empowered to cooperate with the appropriate agency, department, or commission of the federal government in projects for the propagation, preservation, and protection of game and fish and to use and expend funds of the department in connection with like appropriations of the federal government for such projects.
