41-3-9. Permission for scientific collection of protected birds, animals, and fish--Resale prohibited.The Game, Fish and Parks Commission may grant permission under its seal to any accredited representative of any incorporated society of natural history to collect for scientific purposes only, nests, eggs, birds, animals, or fish protected by this title.
