41-6-13. Hunting license for minor less than sixteen--Restrictions and requirements--Violation as misdemeanor. If a hunting license is granted to a person who is under sixteen years of age, the licensee shall be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult, and is valid for the license year as provided by the applicable license and rules promulgated by the Game, Fish and Parks Commission pursuant to chapter 1-26. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
