Conditions applicable to limited deer permit and antlerless deer licenses--Eligibility for subsequent season.All the conditions applicable to licenses issued pursuant to §41-6-19 apply to the limited permit to hunt deer issued pursuant to §41-6-19.3 and to the antlerless deer licenses issued pursuant to §41-6-19.8. However, the receipt of a limited permit under §41-6-19.3 or an antlerless deer license under §41-6-19.8 for any one year as eligible does not preclude the receipt of a limited permit or antlerless deer license in any subsequent year or for any subsequent season set pursuant to §41-2-18.
