Nonresident big game license--Privileges--Violation as misdemeanor.It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for a nonresident to hunt, take, or kill big game animals, except wild turkey, without a nonresident big game license or in violation of the conditions of the license or the rules of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.A nonresident big game license shall entitle the licensee to all the privileges of a resident big game license.
