Big game transportation permit--Issuance and use in transporting game--Violation as misdemeanor.It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for a person to transport part of any big game animal without a transportation permit or in violation of the conditions of the permit or the rules of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.The Department of Game, Fish and Parks may issue a permit for transportation of part of any big game animal to the holder of either a resident or nonresident big game license. The permit allows the transportation by common carrier to a point within or outside of this state of a part of any big game animal lawfully taken in this state.
