Nonresident wild turkey license--Privileges--Violation as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for a nonresident to hunt, take, or kill wild turkeys without a nonresident wild turkey license or in violation of the conditions of the license or the rules of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.A nonresident wild turkey license permits the licensee to hunt wild turkey in the manner and to the extent provided in §41-11-5.
