Entry of unlicensed person onto boundary waters from South Dakota for hunting or fishing as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to enter upon or into any boundary river, stream, or lake from the South Dakota side of such waters for the purpose of hunting, fishing, or taking of any protected game, fish, or wild fowl therefrom without having first lawfully obtained a South Dakota hunting or fishing license.
