Hunting, trapping, fishing or applying for license, permit or preference point while privileges suspended--Misdemeanor.A person whose hunting, trapping, or fishing privileges have been suspended is prohibited from exercising the suspended privilege, or applying for a license, permit, or preference point that corresponds to the suspended privilege.
