41-8-10. Minimum caliber of muzzle loading big game ammunition--Violation as misdemeanor.No person may hunt, shoot, shoot at, wound, kill, or pursue any big game animal with any muzzle loading rifle which discharges a projectile the diameter of which projectile is less than forty-four hundredths of an inch.
