41-8-11. Maximum number of cartridges in self-loading firearm used to hunt big game--Violation as misdemeanor.No self-loading or auto-loading firearm that holds more than six cartridges may be used to hunt, pursue, shoot at, shoot, kill, or wound any of the big game animals of this state.
