Contract fishing for rough fish and bullheads--Supervision--Bond required.The Department of Game, Fish and Parks may contract for the removal of rough fish and bullheads from any of the public waters of the state, if fishing under the contract is done under the personal supervision of a person designated by the secretary of game, fish and parks. Any person carrying on such fishing operations under such a contract shall furnish bond in an amount determined by the department, conditioned upon the person's compliance with all of the terms of the contract.
