41-14-1. Possession of unlawfully taken or imported bird, animal, or fish as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to possess or control any bird, animal, or fish, or any part of any bird, animal, or fish, that has been unlawfully taken, caught, or killed in this or any other state or foreign country, or that has been unlawfully transported into this state.It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to possess or control any big game animal, or any part of any big game animal, that has been unlawfully taken, caught, or killed in any other state or foreign country, or that has been unlawfully transported into this state.
