Agreements for use of Custer State Park by National Guard--Lease authorized.The Department of Game, Fish and Parks may enter into an agreement with the adjutant general of the South Dakota National Guard whereby a part of the Custer State Park may be used as a cantonment area for the National Guard. Any such agreement shall be approved by the Governor and filed with the commissioner of school and public lands. The authority provided in this section includes entering into a long term lease agreement or permit for the construction and maintenance of a permanent cantonment area in Custer State Park.
