Commission, employees, and lottery discharged from liability.The members of the commission, executive director, employees, and the lottery are discharged of all further liability for the amount of any setoff paid to a state agency or proceeding brought pursuant to §§42-7A-34 and 42-7A-51 to 42-7A-55, inclusive.
