§ 42-7b-19-1

42-7B-19.1. Denial of application--Reapplication.Any applicant for a license who has had his application denied by the commission may not reapply until at least one year has elapsed from the date of the denial. Any person who has been denied a license for a second time may not reapply until at least three years have passed since the date of the second denial. Source: SL 1990, ch 343, §7.
