§ 42-7b-21

42-7B-21. Application fee and form.The commission may establish an application fee which includes the cost of investigation and administration and is nonrefundable. The amount of the application fee may vary with the type of license or game for which application is made and with the type of applicant. The application form promulgated by the commission shall include a waiver of any right of confidentiality and allow access to law enforcement records of this or any other state, the government of any foreign country, or any Indian tribe. The waiver of confidentiality extends to any financial or personnel record wherever maintained. Source: SL 1989, ch 374, §19; SL 2015, ch 218, §8.
