42-7B-25. Qualifications for license as operator, gaming property owner, retailer, or provider. Before any person is licensed as an operator, gaming property owner, route operator, retailer, or sports wagering services provider, the person shall show that the person is of good moral character, and if an individual, that the individual is at least twenty-one years of age.
