42-7B-65. Copy of any process or pleading to the commission.A licensee shall deliver a copy of any process or pleading from any jurisdiction in which the licensee is a party to the commission within thirty days of being served by or upon them. This requirement includes any agency or regulatory proceeding in which the licensee is a party. Source: SL 1993, ch 321, §11.
