42-7B-7.1. Commission may suspend gaming at its discretion.The commission may suspend gaming after a disaster such as flood, fire, earthquake or in the event of war or national emergency, for such period of time, as in its discretion, it deems appropriate. Source: SL 1990, ch 343, §30.
