§ 42-7b-82

42-7B-82. Betting prohibited on certain events. A licensee may not accept a bet on any of the following events or contingencies:(1)A high school sporting event;(2)A minor league sporting event;(3)The performance or nonperformance of any individual athlete participating in a single game or match of a collegiate sporting event; or(4)Any individual game in a collegiate sporting event in which any team or athlete from a university or college in South Dakota is competing.
