42-8-39. Waste treatment requirements for kitchen and toilet facilities--Violation as misdemeanor.Every boat equipped with kitchen or toilet facilities shall be so equipped and operated to handle or treat liquid and solid wastes in a manner that will prevent pollution of the receiving waters.
