42-8-48. Waterskiing and surfboarding prohibited during hours of darkness--Violation as misdemeanor.No person may operate a boat on any waters of this state towing any person on water skis, a surfboard, or other devices, nor may any person engage in waterskiing, surfboarding, or similar activity at any time between the hours from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
