§ 42-12-8-2

42-12-8.2. Meetings--Quorum.The commission shall hold at least one meeting annually. The commission may hold other meetings at a time and place set by the chair or by a majority of the commission. A majority of the commissioners constitutes a quorum to conduct business. A majority of those present and voting constitutes a decision of the commission. Source: SL 2014, ch 209, §3.
