Immunity from personal liability.The commission, its members, and its agents are immune from personal liability for actions taken in good faith in the discharge of the commission's duties, and the state shall hold the commission, its members, and its agents harmless from all costs, damages, and attorney fees arising from claims and suits against them with respect to matters to which such immunity applies. The attorney general shall represent and appear for them in any action or proceeding brought by or against the commission, its members, and its agents because of such acts.
