42-12-9. Direction of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions.The commission is hereby vested with the sole direction, control, and jurisdiction over all contests and exhibitions of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions held in the State of South Dakota. No competition or exhibition may be conducted within this state except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Source: SL 2013, ch 221, §2.
