43-4-46. Transfer defined.For the purposes of §§43-4-47 to 43-4-57, inclusive, the term, transfer, means the sale, gift, conveyance, assignment, inheritance, or other transfer of an ownership interest in real property located in this state. Source: SL 2011, ch 196, §1.
