45-6-77. Exemption of extraction for personal use.The provisions of §§45-6-64 to 45-6-76, inclusive, do not apply to extraction of sand, gravel, or rock to be crushed and used in construction by an individual for personal use. Source: SL 1983, ch 308, §17.
