45-6B-11. Approval of reclamation plan by Department of Education and Department of Game, Fish and Parks.Within ten days of its receipt of a mining operation permit application, the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall send copies of the reclamation plan to the Department of Education and the Department of Game, Fish and Parks. Within thirty days of their receipt, the departments may submit written comments for consideration by the board.
