45-6B-55. Small-scale operation--Fee--Surety.The application must be accompanied by:(1)A nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars; and(2)A surety, in an amount determined sufficient by the board to cover the cost of reclamation, but not exceeding thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars.
