45-6B-76. General powers of board.The Board of Minerals and Environment may:(1)Administer oaths or affirmations, subpoena witnesses, and compel their attendance at a hearing;(2)Accept gifts, contributions, federal grants-in-aid, or financial aid from any other source for accomplishing reclamation or implementing the provisions of §45-6B-74;(3)Carry out reclamation of affected lands.
