45-6C-49. General powers of board.The Board of Minerals and Environment may:(1)Administer oaths or affirmations, subpoena witnesses, and compel their attendance at a hearing;(2)Accept gifts, contributions, federal grants-in-aid, or financial aid from any other source for accomplishing plugging and reclamation;(3)Carry out plugging of test holes and reclamation of affected lands.
