Notice of application--Publication.The applicant shall cause notice of the filing of his application to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed uranium exploration operation once a week for two consecutive weeks, commencing not more than ten days after the filing of his application with the Board of Minerals and Environment. Such notice, prepared by the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, shall contain the identity and address of the applicant and resident agent, the general location of the proposed uranium exploration operation, the proposed dates of commencement and completion of the operation, the location where additional information about the operation may be obtained, and the location and final date for filing objections with the board.
