45-9-10. Operation of wells with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios.Without limiting its general authority, the Board of Minerals and Environment may require, or may delegate to the secretary of agriculture and natural resources, specific authority to require that wells not be operated with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios, and to fix their ratios, and to limit production from wells with inefficient gas-oil or water-oil ratios.
