45-9-5. Identification of ownership of facilities for producing oil or gas.Without limiting its general authority, the Board of Minerals and Environment may require, or may delegate to the secretary of agriculture and natural resources, specific authority to require identification of ownership of oil or gas wells, producing leases, tanks, plants, structures, and facilities for the transportation or refining of oil and gas.
