46-5-1.2. Removal of obstructions built by beavers if lands flooded or water rights impaired.No person owning land through which a watercourse passes may prohibit the removal of obstructions built by beavers in the watercourse, if the beavers have obstructed or interfered with the flow of water through the watercourse in a manner that floods land belonging to others or impairs existing water rights.
