46A-1-26. Execution and attestation of interim notes--Sale.The notes may be executed by the chairman of the board and shall be attested by the secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The district may by resolution provide that any signatures, other than the authentication signature of the trustee, on the notes may be printed, lithographed, engraved, or otherwise reproduced on the notes. The notes shall be sold in a manner and at a price determined by the district by resolution.
