Amount of funds required for dredge maintenance and repair and other expenses.The Board of Water and Natural Resources, in any contract with the local project sponsor of a dredging project, may establish the amount of funds required for dredge maintenance and repair and other expenses associated with the project, pursuant to section 1A of chapter 369 of the 1986 Session Laws.
