46A-1-91. Financial assistance for recycling and processing facilities for waste tires.The board shall provide financial assistance to persons who establish recycling and processing facilities for waste tires, subject to the rules promulgated by the board for the establishment of such facilities and subject to the conditions prescribed in rule by the board for application for and awarding of such financial assistance.
