46A-3B-10. Directors to provide for compensation and reimbursement of board members.Each water development district board of directors shall establish amounts to reimburse board members for expenses for lodging, meals, and mileage and to provide compensation for each day of actual service for traveling to, attending, and returning from meetings, hearings, or investigations of the water development district board.
