§ 46a-4-31

46A-4-31. Notices of election after organization of district--Publication and posting.Before any election held subsequent to the organization of the district, the secretary of the board of directors shall publish notice of the time and place of the election once each week for at least two consecutive weeks prior to the election. The second publication shall be at least thirty days prior to the election. The notice shall be published in an official newspaper in each county where a portion of the district lies as designated by the board of directors.
