46A-4-57. Rejection of petition to change boundaries--Resolution of board--Contents.If the board of directors deems it not in the best interests of the district that a change of its boundaries be made to include in the district the lands mentioned in the petition, the board shall reject the petition. However, if the board deems it in the best interest of the district that the boundaries of the district be changed and if no person interested in the proposed change of its boundaries shows cause in writing why the proposed change should not be made, or if having shown cause, withdraws the objection, or if having shown cause does not withdraw the objection and the board of directors deems it in the best interests of the district that the district boundaries be so changed, the board shall by resolution order that the boundaries of the district be changed to include in the district the lands mentioned in the petition, or some part of such lands. The resolution shall describe the exterior boundaries of the lands to be included within the boundaries of the district. The order shall describe the entire boundaries of the district as they will be after the boundary change, and for that
